We strive to offer you the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical subscription plan from an eligible provider, we will match that price under the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The subscription plan must be identical in features, duration (monthly, annual, etc.), and access level. The competitor’s offer must be publicly available, clearly advertised, and verifiable at the time of your request. Price matches are only available for standard subscription plans and do not apply to trial offers, bundles, promotions, or special discounts.

2. Eligible Competitors

Price matches apply only to offers from authorized and reputable providers offering the same subscription service. We do not match prices from resellers, unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or private sales.

3. Verification

You must provide sufficient proof of the lower price, such as a link or screenshot showing the competitor’s price, plan details, and date. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s pricing and terms before approving a price match.

4. Request Timing

Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase or within seven (7) calendar days of the subscription purchase date.

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, limited-time flash sales, student or loyalty discounts, referral offers, or pricing that requires

membership in third-party programs.

6. Process

To request a price match, please contact our customer support team via [email/contact method] with relevant proof of the lower price. If approved, we will adjust your subscription price or issue a refund for the price difference, as applicable.

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to deny any price match request if it does not meet the terms outlined above or appears to be fraudulent or misleading. Price match offers are limited to one per customer per subscription term.

This Pro Rate Guarantee applies exclusively to new customers who currently hold an active subscription with a direct competitor for a

comparable service.

2. Proof of Competitor Subscription:

To qualify, the customer must provide valid proof of their current subscription with the competitor, including the remaining subscription

period and payment confirmation.

3. Subscription Period Honor:

Upon verification, We will honor the remaining subscription period the customer has with the competitor by crediting the equivalent time

toward their new subscription with faa-agent.us.

4. Pro Ratio Calculation:

The credit applied will be prorated based on the unused portion of the competitor’s subscription, calculated from the date of the new

subscription activation with myusagent.com.

5. Pro Ratio Implementation:

When approved for usage of the "Pro Rate Guarantee", the approved pro rated time period converted to credit will be counted towards the first year's subscription period.

The service fee charged will be $38 USD minus the approved pro rated time period determined in month(s) converted to credit.

The maximum pro rated guarantee determined in month(s) converted to credit will not exceed to more then twelve (12) months free of charge.

6. Service Comparison:

This guarantee applies only if the competitor’s service is comparable in scope and features to myusagent.com’s offerings. Faa-agent.us

reserves the right to determine comparability.

7. Non-Transferability:

The pro-rated credit is non-transferable and must be applied by the original subscribing customer.

8. No Cash Value:

The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment.

9. Limitations:

The Pro Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

10. Right to Refuse:

We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if evidence of a competitor’s subscription is falsified or if the terms of this policy are not met.

11. Changes and Termination:

MyUSAgent.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Pro Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
