GUARANTEES
1. Price Match Guarantee.
If you find another U.S. Agent for Service (USAS) who has a regular price that is lower then our regular price. We guarantee to match that price.

2. Pro Rate Guarantee.
We understand you enrolled with another U.S. Agent for Service to comply with the FAA deadline. With our Pro Rate Guarantee, we calculate the Dollar amount of the unused portion of your current U.S. Agent and deduct that amount from our $38 annual fee. If the prorated amount is $38 or more, you receive your first year with MyUSAgent completely free.

How to apply for a PRICE MATCH or PRO RATE guarantee?

When you send us the email to get approved for one or both of our guarantees please attach a scan or screenshot that includes your name, proof of payment and date of enrollment with your current U.S Agent for Service.
COSTS
As promised, we offer a Simple service. We have NO hidden costs!
There are only two potential extra costs:
1. If you choose to have your FAA correspondence mailed to your address on file, we will charge you the shipping & handling fees associated with the shipment.
2. We offer 30 days FREE storage and filing of your FAA correspondence. After that, you have 3 options:
>> Shred:
After 30 days, your documents will be securely shredded, free of charge.
>> Send:
After 30 days, your documents will be sent to you, shipping and handling fees are charged.
>> Save:
After 30 days, your documents will be moved to our secure physical storage for as long as needed. This option comes at a small additional cost:
*1-3 documents: $1/month
*4-6 documents: $2/month
*7-9 documents: $3/month
*10+ documents: $4/month
(These price will be charged monthly)
