MyUSAgent (“MyUSAgent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Verdant Meadows LLC.

Payments for MyUSAgent subscriptions are submitted through our online registration and payment system and processed using third-party payment services, including Jotform and Stripe.

Payment providers may collect and process information such as your name, billing information, payment-card information, transaction details, and other information necessary to process your payment.

MyUSAgent does not need to independently store your complete payment-card number in order to provide our U.S. Agent for Service.

When you designate MyUSAgent as your U.S. Agent for Service, we may receive FAA correspondence addressed to you.

We may scan received correspondence and send an electronic copy to the email address associated with your MyUSAgent account.

FAA correspondence may contain personal or regulatory information relating to you.

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

• Establish and administer your MyUSAgent account and subscription;
• Provide our U.S. Agent for Service;
• Identify FAA correspondence received on your behalf;
• Notify you when FAA correspondence is received;
• Scan and electronically forward correspondence to you;
• Process subscription payments and renewals;
• Provide requested physical mail forwarding or document storage;
• Respond to questions and customer-service requests;
• Maintain business and transaction records;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services;
• Enforce our Terms & Conditions and guarantee policies; and
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We currently use customer contact information primarily for service-related communications.

We do not currently use customer information for routine promotional or marketing email campaigns.

MyUSAgent uses third-party service providers to operate its website and provide its services.

These may include:

• GoDaddy for website hosting and website services;
• Jotform for registration forms and payment collection interfaces;
• Stripe for payment processing;
• Proton Mail for business email and customer-information storage; and
• Zoho Mail for certain email communications, including transmitting scanned FAA correspondence.

These providers may process personal information as necessary to perform services for MyUSAgent and may maintain information in accordance with their own privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, business, or others.

MyUSAgent maintains customer records electronically and, where appropriate, in physical form.

Electronic customer information may be maintained through our business email and third-party service providers.

We also maintain certain customer information in physical records stored by MyUSAgent.

When FAA correspondence is scanned for electronic delivery, the scanned file may be temporarily stored on a device while being processed and transmitted. MyUSAgent generally deletes the separate scanned image from its devices after it has been transmitted to the customer.

Copies contained within sent email records may remain in our email systems as part of our business correspondence history.

Physical FAA correspondence received on your behalf is handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Physical correspondence is generally stored without additional charge for 30 days after receipt. Customers may request shredding, physical forwarding, or extended storage subject to the applicable terms and charges.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, regulatory, or operational requirements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

Third-party service providers may also retain information according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.

You may contact MyUSAgent to request deletion of personal information associated with your account.

Upon a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information under our control when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, contractual, or legitimate business-record purposes.

Information processed or retained independently by third-party service providers may also be subject to those providers' own retention requirements and policies.

MyUSAgent.com may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality or provided through our website platform and integrated services.

MyUSAgent does not currently use Google Analytics.
